CCB’s Strength & Recovery Program provides small-group, professional training for athletes of all levels—middle school, high school, college, and adults. While soccer is the primary focus, any athlete seeking structured strength, conditioning, and recovery training is welcome.
Program Details

$300 per month | 12 x 60-minute sessions

3 sessions/week, set schedule for the month
