    CCB Strength/Fitness Soccer Specific runs year-round and is structured around the soccer calendar, with training goals adjusted based on the season players enter.

    The program is open to players of all ages and all levels — boys and girls — who want to:

    • Gain a physical edge on their peers

    • Improve performance within their current team

    • Prepare for higher-level tryouts

    • Compete at their best on game day

    All training is soccer-specific, intentional, and progressive.

    Seasonal Training Focus

    • Training is periodized across the full year to support performance and long-term development.

    • Pre-Season
      Build strength, fitness, and readiness to handle the demands of training and competition.

    • In-Season
      Maintain strength and power, reduce injury risk, and support consistent performance.

    • Off-Season
      Develop physical qualities aggressively while addressing weaknesses and rebuilding the body.

    • Players may enter the program at any point in the year. Training adapts to their entry point while maintaining the integrity of the system.

    Training Structure

    • First Training Block: Spring 2026
      Each block runs in 3-month quarters aligned with Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

    • Frequency: 2 sessions per week
      Session Length: Minimum 60 minutes
      Location: Community soccer fields (locations confirmed prior to each block)

    • Sessions are designed to be challenging, structured, and purposeful, with an emphasis on:

    • Strength development

    • Speed and agility

    • Power and explosiveness

    • Conditioning for soccer

    • Movement quality and injury prevention

    • All work is directly connected to the game of soccer.

    Club-Safe Training Commitment

    • Participation in this program does not interfere with club or school soccer commitments.

    • Players remain fully registered with their current clubs or schools

    • No teams, games, or competitions are involved

    • Training complements existing soccer environments

    • This program is designed to support players wherever they currently play.

    Payments

    • CCB Strength/Fitness Soccer Specific operates on a simple and transparent payment structure:

    • 3-Month Block (Paid in Full)

    • Monthly Payment Option Available

    • No uniforms required. No hidden fees.

    • Spots are limited to ensure quality coaching and appropriate group sizes.
