CCB Strength/Fitness Soccer Specific runs year-round and is structured around the soccer calendar, with training goals adjusted based on the season players enter.
The program is open to players of all ages and all levels — boys and girls — who want to:

Seasonal Training Focus

Build strength, fitness, and readiness to handle the demands of training and competition. -
In-Season
Maintain strength and power, reduce injury risk, and support consistent performance. -
Off-Season
Develop physical qualities aggressively while addressing weaknesses and rebuilding the body. -
Players may enter the program at any point in the year. Training adapts to their entry point while maintaining the integrity of the system.
Training Structure

First Training Block: Spring 2026
Each block runs in 3-month quarters aligned with Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. -
Frequency: 2 sessions per week
Session Length: Minimum 60 minutes
Location: Community soccer fields (locations confirmed prior to each block) -
