Tournament Rules and Entry Guidelines
1. Team Registration

Eligibility: Teams must consist of a minimum of 5 players (1 goalkeeper and 4 field players) and a maximum roster of 7 players.

Entry Fee: Each team must pay the entry fee by the registration deadline.

No Refund Policy: All entry fees are non-refundable.

Registration Deadline: All teams must register and pay the entry fee by deadline.

Team Roster: Teams must submit a complete roster of players upon registration. Changes to the roster after registration must be approved by tournament officials.
2. Tournament Format

Type: Our tournaments will be a combination of pool play and knockout stages and single-elimination format.

Number of Teams: A maximum of 32 teams will be accepted.

Game Duration: Each match will consist of a total of 30 minutes of play with no breaks in between.

Match Timing: Matches will be scheduled according to the official tournament schedule.

Minimum Players to Start: Games may begin with a minimum of 4 players on the field (1 goalkeeper and 3 field players).
3. Game Rules

Field Size: The field dimensions will be 50 ft by 100 ft.

Officiating: Each game will be officiated by 1 referee.

Substitutions: Unlimited substitutions are allowed and can be made during any dead ball situation (e.g., goal kicks, throw-ins, free kicks). Teams must notify the referee of any substitutions being made.

Fouls and Penalties: Standard soccer rules apply regarding fouls, free kicks, and penalties.

Forfeiture: To keep on schedule, the clock will start on time. If a team is not on the field within the first 5-minute window of their scheduled match time, they will forfeit the game.
4. Conduct

Sportsmanship: All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to display good sportsmanship. Any unsportsmanlike conduct may result in penalties or disqualification.

Zero Tolerance Policy: There is a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and violence. Any instances of abusive behavior or violent actions will result in immediate disqualification from the tournament.

Disputes: Any disputes must be reported to tournament officials immediately. Their decision will be final.
5. Advancement

Advancement: The winning team of each elimination match will advance to the next round until a champion is determined.

Tiebreakers: If a match ends in a tie, the winner will be decided by a coin toss conducted by the referee.
6. Prizes

Awards: Prizes will be awarded based on 50% of the total money brought in by entry fees of the division.

If there are 32 teams, each paying an entry fee of $500:

Total Entry Fees = 32×500=16,000
Total Prizes=0.50×16,000=8,000 -
Thus, the total prize pool will be $8,000, awarded/ donated to the winning team of the tournament.

7. Miscellaneous

Weather Policy: In case of inclement weather, tournament officials reserve the right to modify the schedule or format as necessary.

Liability Waiver: All players must sign a liability waiver before participating in the tournament.

Conclusion
By entering the tournament, all teams agree to abide by these rules. Any changes or updates to the rules will be communicated to all registered teams.
