PRESEASON FITNESS
Our PRESEASON FITNESS TRAINING are for aspiring competitive youth soccer players looking to enter their new season in the best shape possible, to be the most effective, efficient and athletic soccer player they can be.
What you can expect
Our PRESEASON FITNESS TRAINING will included;
3 x 60 minute sessions per week.
10 weeks. 30 sessions in total.
Training Schedule:
MONDAY - Foundational Low Base Cardio
TUESDAY - Body Weight+ Circuits
THURSDAY - Sprint Work
Dates of Program:
5/27/24-8/1/24
All sessions will be held at Rillito Sports Fields, 4633 N 1st Ave, Tucson, AZ 85718
Monday Start 6pm, End 7pm.
Tuesday & Thursday Start 730pm, End 830pm.
We ask that everyone has their own hydration (water & Electrolyte drink), supplements/food, medication and any other essential personal items for each session. Thank you
