FITKIDS TUCSON PROGRAM
Inviting all kids ages 8-16 to our FITKIDS TUCSON PROGRAM.
The aim of our program is help each child leave with a strong understanding of fitness. Our training sessions will promote positive energy, effort and attitude, as they work through adversity to improve their all round fitness levels.
What you can expect
Our FITKIDS TUCSON PROGRAM will included;
3 x 60 minute sessions per week.
Training Schedule:
SESSION #1 - Body Weight+ Circuits
SESSION #2 - Sprint Work
SESSION #2 - Distance Running

All sessions will be held at TODD M. HARRIS SPORTS COMPLEX, 2400 S Craycroft Rd, Tucson, AZ 85711

We ask that each child has their own hydration (water & Electrolyte drink), supplements/food, medication and any other essential personal items for each session. Thank you
